For all merchandise purchased from FrontLine Clubs International (FLC) and which is returned to FLC, we will refund the customer for the price of the items minus a 20% restocking fee. If the merchandise is not in its original packaging or in the same condition as it was sent, the customer will be required to pay the full price of the item without a refund. Any items returned for a refund may not be eligible for a refund if the item is older inventory that we no longer stock or that we no longer carry in that particular brand.

The customer is be responsible for paying shipping charges.

Used or open merchandise may be returned without a refund. FLC will evaluate the items to determine if the items could be donated to another club or another ministry in need.
